“We have transferred our passion for airplanes to the career site as well to reach new talents and professionals in the ‘airspace’ of the digital world. A huge thank you to all our employees who were involved in the creation. We used their real photos, authentic experiences, and most importantly their genuine passion for Aero and aircraft manufacturing,” says Luboš Tejkl, Chief People Officer, Aero. Aero has created an innovative and creative career site where aircraft are the main focus. “When you open the site, it immediately starts with an inspirational video about a childhood love of airplanes that has lasted into adulthood and become a passion,” adds Luboš Tejkl.
