Aero appointed new Vice Presidents and Spokesperson

05/08/2010 | Aero has hired over 100 people since the beginning of the year.

Milana Hrubá was appointed the new HR Vice President of Aero Vodochody in April. Inasmuch as that Aero has passed organizational changes since the beginning of the year, there is a lot of tasks in terms of HR associated with the key processes freeze and corporate culture change. In her position she will target the HR management strategy formation, concretely evaluation process set up, succession, labour recruitment and system of development.

New Vice Presidents were appointed Philippe Michel (Executive Vice President) and Dale Free (Business Development & Sales Vice President) in June. Both new Vice Presidents will act in Aerostructures Division. Their main task is to support Aero expansion in the international market, improve internal coordination within the division and support sales.

Daniela Mayerová was appointed the new Spokesperson of the company in July. By that time the Spokesperson of the company was Mr.Martin Danko from Penta Investments, a company that owns Aero. Henceforth Mr.Danko remains the Spokesperson of Vodochody Airport and Penta.
