Äero requested for additional type certificate for L-159T1

29/06/2007 | On June 29, 2007, AERO Vodochody a.s. has handed over all materials necessary for the issue of the Additional Type Certificate for the L-159T1 aircraft at the authorized department of the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic.

Consequently, we requested for the issue of the Additional Type Certificate - i.e. for proclaiming the T1 version as a type, which represents a necessary condition for the customer's testing and the actual sale of the aircraft," said Pavel Sedlacek, L-159T1 Project Manager.

All four L-159T1 Advanced Trainers will be delivered to the customer, the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic, by the end of this year.
