Logistics Support
Aero Vodochody Logistics Department performs a whole range of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) disciplines. Logistic Support Engineers are divided into four main groups:
Technical Publications
This department is specialized in the preparation of technical publications and production files to support military airplanes operation, maintenance, repair and overhaul as well as for the other military and defence industries and Hi-Tech community. The department can provide technical publications either in hardcopies or in any electronic media, with low end page oriented electronic manuals on one side, and the high end IETM on the other side.
Logistic Support Analysis
This group performs logistics analysis according to the standard MIL-STD-1388-1A/2B. The L-BASE database which meets the –2B requirements is used as a software tool. The LSAR data enable to generate the output reports according to Customer requirements.
Ground Support Equipment
The complete set ground support equipment and tools necessary to operate and maintain an aircraft is defined and developed by this group of engineers.
