Aero Vodochody undertook exacting restructuralization in recent years. Its success though is beeing complicated by present economic situation and Aero have to find other ways how to maintain its position on the market and become effective and dynamic enterprise. Thus lean production strategy was proclaimed last year and lean production fundamentals and principles are being absorbed into common company function. Lean production principles are focused on waste reduction in all aspects of company production. In present time most of the global companies from different industries work on these aspects. Example of lean principles successful implementation is Toyota. Lean production fundamentals lead to effectivity and productivity escalation, waste minimalization and possible manufacturing extensions with low additional costs.

Lean production principles can not work without certain corporate culture and decent employees education in this area. In long term horizon most of the employees education is needed and is vital to set up such a human resources management system that would support this kind of education and lean production principles application. In education alone a very strong fact is needed. In the frame of lean production employees become corporate strategy together-creators, that strongly enforce their competences and competitiveness in the labour market.

In the frame of the project, four cycles of six seminars will be held. These seminars are focused on lean production and its applications in practise. Seminars theme goes back to common education that can be used out of the company. Seminars content will be defined at the beginning of the project in cooperation with lean production proffesionals and with regard on employees desired effect. Several employees from different departments will participate at the seminars to be able to spread their gained knowledge among other employees. New methodology will be also created to goal permanent tenable HR development in lean production area and which will be implemented to the existing HR management system.
